Experience
Streetview Planning brings years of experience in downtown district management, city planning, and program implementation. When Kevin started with his Main Street America program, his organization only had six board members, and they were exhausted. Within three months, the board had appointed seven new board members who were able to refresh the organization and provide new vision.
Kevin has since guided new executive directors, board members, and volunteers through turnover, transition, and training.

Coalition Facilitation & Development
Description
Community development must be grounded in community. That means we are huge advocates of partnerships when those opportunities exist. Streetview Planning can help you identify potential community partners and then act on a plan to grow those relationships.
Experience
Kevin is building partnerships with community organizations, elected leaders, and local residents in support of a new multicultural center in his community. He is also helping found a group of local transportation equity advocates who can create needed change together.
